One of my husband’s favorite foods to snack on is granola and yogurt. My kids have developed the same liking!
This week we decided to try our hand a granola creation of my oldest. It did not disappoint!
All you’ll need is old fashioned oat, cheerios (we used honey cheerios), a nut of your choice (we used walnuts), dark chocolate, and honey. Prep time is about 10 minutes. Baking takes 25-30 minutes, and allowing for cooling time this project took us about an hour to finish.


It is a great activity to do with your kids! And a great snack to have on hand.
Add it to your yogurt or eat it plain! That’s the great thing about granola – it is so versatile.
