Today was a day I pray I and my fellow brothers and sisters in Christ will not forget.
Charlie Kirk – a brother in Christ, a champion for God’s standard, a husband and father was killed.
Evil is so present at these times. But I challenge you who believe in Jesus to not lose heart.
But gain it.
Gain courage because of Charlie Kirk’s death.
I think of Stephen in Acts. He proclaimed the Good News of Jesus to all who would listen and he was stoned to death. He was used by God as a catalyst to get His Gospel proclaimed!
I pray that we use this as a catalyst for us to not be afraid but bold in proclaiming Jesus to the world.
Proclaiming His death and raising from the leads all who believe to eternal life.
Stand up for what you know is right.
Live boldly for the Lord.
Charlie Kirk was able to make an impact in this country in the world because the Lord allowed his message to be heard.
Charlie is a prime example of no matter how evil, how messed up this world is faithfully serving Jesus is all that matter.
Habakkuk 3:18-19 AMP
"[18] Yet I will [choose to] rejoice in the Lord; I will [choose to] shout in exultation in the [victorious] God of my salvation! [Rom 8:37]
[19] The Lord God is my strength [my source of courage, my invincible army]; He has made my feet [steady and sure] like hinds’ feet And makes me walk [forward with spiritual confidence] on my high places [of challenge and responsibility]. For the choir director, on my stringed instruments."
I pray for comfort and strength for Erika his wife and comfort and stabilty to his children. The Lord sees and is near to the broken hearted.
