All through grade school and college, everyone asks you what you want to be when you grow up. Now they ask you, “Where do you see yourself in 5 years?” Other people have asked me, “When you were little, what did you pretend to be most often?” – I pretended to be a teacher
As school continued, I discovered I had a knack for business. I understood how it worked. It interested me too.
I am very much right and wrong, and the law fits that bill. So I took business law in college. I thought of becoming a paralegal, and even applied to get my certificate. But something always held me back.
I finished college with a well-rounded degree in Business Administration. I got a job as an Administrative Assistant – but it never filled my deep desires. I never felt fulfilled at the end of the day.
Then I got married and had my first little one. Then all that changed!
I have become an HR department, Legal department, educator, counselor, project manager, and administrator. I am a mom.
That is, and will always be my dream job!
I end the day feeling fulfilled and successful, and I see the fruits of my labor day in and day out!
