They seek me day after day
and delight to know my ways;
like a nation that does right and does not abandon the justice of their God.

March has finally begun. The cold still lingers on the air. But the delightful sunshine stays out longer in the evening. With the hope of spring on the air I am often reminded of how much I enjoy this coming season. The peace that is palpable in the air. The birds chirping pleasantly throughout the day, and the smell of fresh flowers and blooming trees permeate the air. A stillness fills my heart when I imagine the season of new beginnings.

Much like delighting in the warmer and cheerful months ahead, I am reminded that I am to delight in the Lord as well. My delight in Him should not be just for one season though, but for all of them.

“Seek Him day after day”, “pray without ceasing”, “mediate on His word day and night”. These are just of few of the many ways we can consistently seek Him day after day.

Much like we will always have seasons, we will always have the Lord.

Take comfort in Him as this week begins. Seek Him, not only today, but every day for He is the true delight of your life.
