Meal plans done for you!
Have you ever just sat looking at your fridge, trying to figure out what to make for dinner? Something that is nutritious but tastes amazing?

As a mom, my job is to make sure that my kids have the correct amount of vegetables, fruits, proteins, carbs, etc. It can be so overwhelming and at times discouraging! I just need an assistant!
That’s where meal plans are incredible…especially is I don’t have to put them together!
I have found a couple websites that have been my sanity savers. They have meal plans you can download for free, create your shopping lists for you, and give you abundant ideas for meals!
- Tastes Better From Scratch
- TBFS is one of my favorites to go to. She has put together seasonal, vegetarian, low-carb, and dinner meal plans. When you create an account, you can build your own meal plans or tweak her pre-made ones.
- When you make your own plan or use her pre-made ones you can create your grocery list! That is my favorite feature! I don’t have to think about what all I need. I print off my grocery list, check my pantry and fridge, cross off what I have already, and then go to the store or do a pick-up order from our grocery store.
